To make technically very good wines that have honest expressions of varietal fruit. That’s my winemaking philosophy. – Rod Hooper

Post studies I had a thirst to continue my knowledge, which led me to travel, completing over 14 vintages world wide. This hands on experience has given me the ability to blend the best of traditional techniques with the most current wine techniques. This has given me a well rounded skill set that I am ever developing, which is evident through the wines I create. – David Richards
