How do I order my wine?

You can either place your order via our website with easy step by step instructions you can have your favourite wine checked out in moments. The website takes all major credit cards.

Online not your cup of tea? That’s ok, you can also call the Cellar Door directly if you have any questions or are after some suggestions on 1800 171 154 and place your order over the phone.

How much is freight?

At Beelgara our focus is on you enjoying exceptional wine at low prices. So there is no added cost for freight. You will only ever pay the total bottle price.

How long can I expect my order to take?

All our orders are processed via Australia post, we estimate 5-7 business days; however location and busier periods like Christmas may mean it takes a little longer. For further details check on Australia Post www.auspost.com.

With Australia Post, if you have an email address you will receive a notification email that has the details of your order and gives you the ability to track your wine , so you know exactly where it is and when to expect your order.

Where can I get my wine delivered?

We get all our wine delivered via Australia Post, if there is a postal address we can get your wine delivered to a PO Box, residential or business address. If you are unavailable when the wine is delivered Australia Post will leave you a reminder and hold the wine for 10 days at your local post office.

What happens if there is a break?

Australia post will notify us of any breaks or damaged bottles. In the unfortunate event this happens, you will be notified by phone and you replacement order will be sent on its way.
